Product Specification: All product information contained on this website is for guidance only. No responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions.

Website Images: We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee that the product will match exactly how it is displayed on your screen.

3rd Party Information: We accept no responsibility for any information provided by a third party site to which we may have provided a link.

Product Availability: Please note that the information provided about our products does not amount to an offer by us to sell the products on that basis but is an invitation to you to make us an offer to purchase that product on that basis, so references to “orders” placed by customers are deemed to be references to “offers” by such customers to purchase the relevant products from us.  We will try to maintain to supply you with the item you have requested but sometimes we may be unable to fulfil an order, in which case you will be advised of the situation at the earliest opportunity.  Product images displayed on the website may occasionally differ from the respective product names and descriptions due to changes in packaging and/or availability.

Price: We charge UK VAT on our products and this is included within the price.  We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.  There may be occasions where prices are incorrectly quoted or changed at short notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control.  If this happens, you will be advised of the correct price by telephone or email at the earliest opportunity and if you decide at that point that you do not wish proceed with your purchase, that part of your order will be cancelled.  Please note that occasionally some colours or sizes in a particular style are at a different price to others.  This happens when a colour/size has been discontinued and we have therefore reduced the price.

Postage and Packing Costs: Our charge for this is £5.00 within the UK and your goods will usually be despatched within 3 days of receiving your cleared payment.

Returns Policy: If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within 7 working days of the date of receiving the goods. The goods must be in their original new condition and must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of a trial fit and not worn outdoors). You will be responsible for return postage costs as well as security of delivery to our premises. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery method for returns.

We offer a full refund on all goods with which you may be dissatisfied, the exception being those items listed as being Sale Items.  Please note that we will need to deduct our costs for postage, packing and any card processing expenses from any refund to customers who send back unwanted goods that are not damaged.

Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange, providing they are received within 7 working days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition (unworn and unwashed), in the original, undamaged packaging (with labels intact) and accompanied by a note stating your name, address, email address, contact telephone number, order number, the reason for the return and what refund/exchange you require. When making a refund, we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned.  We only hold a limited amount of stock at any given time, so ill-fitting or unwanted goods should be returned as soon as possible.

You will need to pay the cost of returning goods to us, unless the goods are defective in which case you will receive a full refund including your postage and packaging costs.  Proof of return and postage may be required in case an item gets lost in transit.  Refunds or replacements cannot be made until such proof has been provided.

As soon as we are in receipt of your goods, we will process your request for a replacement item or refund.  We will notify you via email as soon as your request has been processed.

All refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase unless otherwise notified.  Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of the agreement to refund.
